Servantus offers the best of both worlds — the cost savings of a “near shore” call center based in Costa Rica coupled with a USA-based customer service and management.
The brand was built from scratch including company name, URL, logo identity, tag line and brand platform. Servantus is a “social purpose” company dedicated to being a good corporate citizen and donating profits to help those in need.
The brand was conceived through a Brand Story Workshop which researched and reviewed the Call Center Industry and how Servantus can be uniquely positioned.
