This exploration of Fiserv’s multi-channel billing strategy sought to develop a range of brand story options that would quickly communicate the full scope of their solution.
Fiserv sought a range of approaches to visualize their billing and payment brand story:
Fiserv was seeking to refresh its marketing messaging to demonstrate the full integration of its Biller platform, including legacy solutions from CheckFree, BillMatrix, and CheckFree Pay as well as additional assets from Output Solutions. The goal was to tell an integrated story — Solutions for Billers from Fiserv.
Bruce Miller worked with Fiserv to develop an integrated product strategy. Bruce also developed a range of graphic options to tell the Biller story..
